About Florida Remodeling & Designs

Serving the central Florida area in and around Lakeland, Bartow, Auburndale, Mulberry, Lake Wales, Winter Haven, Polk City, and Plant City, Florida Remodeling & Designs was founded by bringing together a team with almost two decades of experience in building and remodeling. We believe that a successful remodeling contractor is one that is able to communicate, coordinate, and complete a project in a timely manner, staying budget-conscious at all times. Our consistently high level of customer satisfaction indicates that we are meeting that standard, and we are committed to continuing to do so.

Respecting the customer means maintaining communication with the customer throughout the building or remodeling project, and it means carrying out the project so that it imposes the minimal interruption on family or business life. It means working only with trade partners that are properly licensed and insured-and only with ones we would welcome into our personal homes. It has been our pleasure to develop long term friendships with our customers, something that happens naturally when they are treated with respect.

Respecting the craft means applying our wealth of technical expertise, experience, and organizational skills to ensure that the project is completed to the high standards of our team and of our customers. It means paying special attention to detail so that our design solutions are structurally sound and aesthetically beautiful. It means careful planning based on thorough investigation of the customer's desires and the site's structure and possibilities.

Respecting the community means treating our customers as neighbors, because they are. It means using our knowledge of the housing market here to advise customers realistically about gains in equity. It means working with local professionals in contracting, banking, brokering, and building supplies to sow back into the local economy. It means giving back to the community through volunteer work at the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce and the Red Cross.
